Welcome to the CMI International Conference website!
Social networking and communities have a high focus amongst users, service providers and other business players on the market, including both hardware and software developers. One of the immediate challenges within social networking and communities is the transition between the use of big screens (laptops) and small screens (such as mobile phones). The discussion of this challenge is a transdisciplinary exercise. The second CMI conference invites, therefore, academia, technology and product developers, designers, social scientists, policy makers, and community representatives who are interested in the conference topic, to join our attempt in developing this discussion on a shared, transdisciplinary ground.
The conference is organized in cooperation with CTiF Copenhagen, the CWMC project and the CAMMP project.
CWMC is a project funded by the Capital Region of Denmark and European Social Fund/European Regional Fund. The CWMC initiative will promote and organize cooperation between universities and enterprises in Scandinavia and the Baltic regions within the area of Wireless and Mobile Technologies.
